1. You must be over the age of 18 to purchase alcohol.
  2. We operate a strict ‘Challenge 25′ policy whereby an accepted form of photographic identification (Passport, Drivers License or an EU Identity Card) shall be requested before any alcohol is sold to any person who appears to be under 25 years of age. (A Student Card is not evidence of age).
  3. To qualify for free local delivery you must be no more than 9 miles away from our storage facility located in Sheffield.
  4. You must give us your full name, full postal address (Including post code) and contact telephone number.  Goods will only be delivered to the address provided.
  5. We will not deliver to public places, such as parks or road sides.
  6. You must give us 12 hours cancellation notice for kegs and 48 hours notice for cask ale purchases to receive a full refund.
  7. Cancelling your wedding booking will result in you losing your booking deposit.
  8. Our drivers reserve the right to refuse delivery should they believe you are either under age, intoxicated or physically/verbally abusive.
  9. If drivers believe the customer is purchasing alcohol for a minor delivery will be refused and you will be charged for delivery.
  10. Details of physically abusive customers will be passed onto the police and your address will no be eligible for delivery.
  11. Payment may be made by cash on delivery for local orders or payment via an invoiced bank transfer three days before your event.  Cheques are not acceptable.
  12. Prices and special offers are subject to change and/or withdrawal at any time without notice.
  13. The company reserves the right to refuse sale at anytime.
  14. All products must be ordered in advance.
  15. In the event of either misuse of the keg or hand pump a charge will be applied to the customer in order to replace the damaged items.
  16. Breaking the hand pump will result in you losing your deposit.
  17. All kegs and casks must be available to pick up. Missing or damaged kegs or casks will result in you losing your deposit and the police being notified as they remain property of the relevant brewery.
  18. All large events must be paid for in full one month before the delivery date.

Wedding Bar Service

  1. A booking deposit of £75 is required to secure our services on your chosen day.
  2. Weddings must be booked in advance.

  4. We will not serve anyone under the age of 18 alcohol.
  5. Full payment must be made one month before your date on free bar bookings.
  6. Your guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into the venue, after warning this will result in the loss of your deposit.
  7. On all cash bar bookings we must be the only provider of alcohol for your event.
  8. Table wine is only permitted during the meal. This must be cleared away after the meal has ended.
  9. Any guest still drinking table wine after the meal will be warned then a charge will be incurred culminated in the loss of your deposit.
  10. Table wine must be UK stamped and duty paid. Wine that isn’t will not be permitted on the premises.
  11. Broken glassware will incur a small charge per glass.
  12. We must have suitable glass washing facilities for us to provide glassware at your venue.
  13. Physical and verbally abusive customers will be asked to leave the premises, if the problem persists the police will be called.
  14. Our staff have the right to refuse service at any time if they think you’re too intoxicated, purchasing for a minor or being physically or verbally abusive.
